This option is great for parents that are going to be moving before birth, want a midwife for appointments only, need confirmation of pregnancy, OR need extra help with lactation support.

*We are capable of providing care for low-risk parents. Moderate/high risk or post surgical parents may be referred to appropriate medical care

Newborn Education
& Childbirth Classes

Prepare for Change (Childbirth Class) - $250*

We offer a 4-hour childbirth education course for expectant parents. This fun and informative course which is designed for mothers choosing a natural birth experience. The course includes information about:

Pregnancy and it's effect on the mother's body (Nutrition, Sleeping, Common Issues)
Mechanisms of labor and birth, including tips and techniques for managing labor
Your rights and responsibilities in the hospital setting, should you need transfer (as well as basic information about hospital procedure)
Breastfeeding

Beyond Birth (Newborn Care) - $250*

We offer a 2-hour Newborn education course for expectant parents. This fun and informative course includes information about:

Normal Newborn Care
How to identify problems with the newborn
Soothing Techniques
Breastfeeding
Postpartum Healing for mom and baby.

Classes are not included in Concierge Package and

are purchased separately.
