Birth-Center Services

The Yellow Rose Midwives have just opened a brand new Birth Center located in the Westchase area of Houston. This center features two luxurious private birth suites with tubs and showers, a kids play room, as well as two separate waiting areas. Click HERE to find us on the map.

What is a Freestanding Birth Center?
The center is a clinical setting with the charm of a private home. Birth rooms are set up to be similar to bedrooms, with bath tubs installed which can accommodate a water birth.

Water Birth Services

Water birth is a wonderful and safe option for mothers looking to minimize joint and back pain during labor as well as allowing your newborn to gently transition earthside. With Yellow Rose Midwifery Group, you have the opportunity to experience water birth in a comfortable setting.

Childbirth Classes

Birth Confidently. We offer a 4-hour childbirth education course for expectant parents. This fun and informative course includes information about:

Pregnancy and it's effect on the mother's body (Nutrition, Sleeping, Common Issues)
Mechanisms of labor and birth, including tips and techniques for managing labor
Breastfeeding and normal newborn care
